  • Publicly available business information from Google Maps, including business name, address, phone number, website, and reviews, used to identify potential clients

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Contact you about services relevant to your business via phone or email
  • Send SMS marketing messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the separate, optional SMS marketing consent checkbox on our intake form at cybercraft360.com/intake. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, receiving a phone call, or speaking with our AI assistant Amy does not constitute SMS consent.
  • Generate proposals, invoices, and service documentation
  • Improve Amy's conversation quality and sales effectiveness
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. SMS Marketing Communications

CyberCraft360 sends SMS marketing messages only to individuals who have voluntarily opted in by checking the SMS marketing consent checkbox on our intake form at cybercraft360.com/intake. The SMS marketing consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.

Providing your phone number, submitting an inquiry, receiving a phone call, or speaking with our AI assistant Amy does not constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages.

By checking the SMS marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS marketing messages from CyberCraft360, which may include:

  • Promotions and offers related to CyberCraft360 services
  • AI automation service information and business automation updates
  • Marketing updates about CyberCraft360 products and services

Message frequency: Varies. SMS marketing messages are sent only through intentional marketing campaigns, not automatically triggered by phone calls, form submissions, or appointments.
